Meet Dr. Foster
Biography
Dr. John A. Foster is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. He graduated from Spartanburg High School in 1977. He attended Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Foster completed his general surgery training at the University of Florida and his otolaryngology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He joined Spartanburg Ear, Nose & throat in 1991. He is board certified by the American Board of otolaryngology and serves as Medical Director and Board Member of The Ambulatory Surgery Center of Spartanburg and The Surgery Center of Pelham. In addition, Dr. Foster is the medical director and chairman of the board for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Spartanburg. While maintaining an interest in general otolaryngology, Dr. Foster specializes in pediatric otolaryngology, nasal and paranasal sinus disease and the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
Dr. Foster is married to the former Lesley Rebekah Reepe of Forest City, North Carolina. Together they have six children. They attend the First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg. Dr. Foster enjoys spending his free time with his family.
